Who We Are
Let’s Get Moving! is a locally owned and operated Relocation and Rightsizing service beginning in January 2005.
Founder and President, Cynthia J. Natsch, left a successful corporate career to create a practical and caring alternative for seniors as they transition to a new home.
As an observer, Cindy recognized that moving later in life was “no ordinary move” and the seed was sown to develop an organization that eased stress for families while providing comfort and guidance to those actually moving.
Since its inception, Let’s Get Moving! has continued to grow steadily over the years and is proud to have developed a dedicated staff.
Our Team
Cindy Natsch, Founder and President
Cindy specializes in assisting clients to move beyond an “overwhelmed state” and to take the steps toward relocating to a more stress-free and simpler living environment.
Over the past six years Cindy and the Let’s Get Moving! Team have become a trusted resource throughout Nashville and the surrounding area.
Since its founding, Let’s Get Moving! has managed many senior transitions as well as providing invaluable services including decluttering and estate liquidation and dispersal.
An optimist and forward-thinker, Cindy believes that community participation is the key to personal growth and professional success. As such, she holds advisory and/or board positions with several senior-related non-profit organizations.
Vicki Diestelkamp, Director of Operations and Training
Vicki joined Let’s Get Moving! in 2007 and manages the operational side of the company. With a background in hotel, restaurant, and retail management, she is responsible for training and maintaining the highest standards of service and building our team.
Vicki’s personal passion is sharing the joy of animals with others. Vicki and her dog Smokey are a certified Delta Therapy team and lead “Let’s Get Wagging!,” Let’s Get Moving!’s community service outreach program to senior communities throughout the city.
Her calm demeanor and soothing presence is not only to the advantage of our clients, but also to our team.
Lisa McPherson, Lead Project Manager
Lisa is our lead Project Manager and brings years of organizational and relocation management experience to our team. Project Managers are the primary point of contact for each client through their entire transitional process.
Lisa is genuine, caring and happiest when serving others. She has been in the home and office cleaning service for 25 years along with a background in property management, landscaping and catering.
Along with her husband, Lisa is passionate about working with young people in ministry.
Kelly Long, Project Manager
Kelly is a 5th generation Californian and moved to Nashville in 1995 (with no intention of singing!). She graduated from Chapman University in Orange, California with a degree in Public Relations. She has used this expertise to do everything from running her own business to producing major concerts. With these experiences and her “can-do” attitude, there’s no job too big or small! Kelly enjoys hiking and traveling; she has visited 28 countries on 5 continents.
Kelly brings a warm and vibrant quality to every transition.
Mary Richardson, Project Manager
Mary, a native Nashvillian and St. Cecilia Academy alumna, went on to receive a B.A. with an Interior Design concentration from Purdue University. She is a registered interior designer in the state of Tennessee and has spent most of her career practicing commercial and residential interior design at local architectural and interior design firms.
Mary is married and has four children. She enjoys supporting her children at their respective sporting events, but also enjoys playing in a regular tennis group, singing in a church choral group, and participating in anything artistic or creative.
Mary’s high-level attention to detail and “eye for design” are true assets for Let’s Get Moving!’s overall vision.
Marianne Parker Miller, Sales
Marianne’s role at Let’s Get Moving! is to immerse herself in senior communities and organizations who work with seniors to provide information and education about the ways Let’s Get Moving! can assist with life transitions. Marianne works with seniors, care givers and family members, senior communities, and senior-oriented businesses to match Let’s Get Moving! services to their needs.
After obtaining her bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University, Marianne spent most of her professional career in the Interior Design Industry, including outside and inside sales in New York and Atlanta.
Marianne’s passions are travel and the visual arts, and she and her husband enjoy exploring other places and of course, all the culture & arts that Nashville has to offer.
